Inspired by the flair, expressiveness, and versatility of Jimmy Chamberlin—one of the greatest drummers of all time—Chamberlin is a typeface experiment that expands a single skeleton into three distinct styles: restrained, bombastic, and flavourful. These three weights sit at the intersection of humanist, grotesque, and subtly geometric sans-serif forms, making the typeface as dynamic and powerful as its muse.
Although the primary purpose of the typeface family lies in display use, the regular weight is well-suited for select body copy applications as well. The specimen showcases the diverse contexts in which the typeface thrives—large posters, prints, titles, numerals, record covers, and more. All images here are copyright protected.
